Alek SafarianChairman and CEO
With over 25 years experience in the industry, Alek is the founding CEO of Novotech. A pharmacist by training, Alek spent much of his career prior to Novotech in Asia Pacific regional regulatory and scientific affairs roles for European and US based multinational pharmaceutical corporations.
Brad CampbellCFO
With a career spanning senior financial positions with a number of multinational organisations, both in North America and Australasia, Brad joined Novotech as CFO in 2006, later becoming a director in 2009. Brad began his career as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and has extensive experience in leading corporate finance teams across the professional services, investment banking, transportation and entertainment industries.
Professor John MarleyNon-Executive Director
A leading academic, administrator and researcher of international renown, Professor Marley has for over three decades been an influential voice in Australian community medicine, epidemiology, and government affairs involving all facets of healthcare. A practising physician, John joined Novotech’s board in 2009.
Gavin RoseNon-Executive Director
After a successful career in investment banking, Gavin has held a number of senior management positions in the health and education sectors, prior to founding the corporate advisory firm GPV Consulting. Gavin joined Novotech’s board in 2009.
Dr Edmund TsueiNon-Executive Director
After a distinguished career in the multinational pharmaceutical industry, Ed joined Novotech’s board in 2010. Passionate about clinical drug development, Ed has intimate knowledge and experience of the Asia Pacific region, having served in leadership roles tasked with building clinical development capability and capacity across much of the region.
